Welcome to e-Leave
"Free Online Leave Management System"
e-leave is a web-based Leave Management System that streamlines communication between HR and employees and facilitates simple yet efficient management of employee leave. For employees, this system allows them to easily determine their vacation availability (from any point-in-time) and request leave online. For managers, leave approval no longer involves trails of paperwork. e-leave ensures that all leaves taken and leave requests are properly monitored, where everybody can apply and view leave records without the hassle and delay of going through the admin staff - it's all at your fingertips with anytime, anywhere access.
What are its features?
- Easy Administration
- Mini-HR Management Module (capture Employee's Personal and Basic Employment Information)
- Email notifications. Every action(create, update, approval and rejection of leave) is communicated through email. This is the whole point of carrying out e-leave's mission to save the trees, save the earth.
- Customizable leave type/entitlement
- Customizable leave approver
- Customizable calendar of holidays
- Two-level leave approval
- 1 ton of uncoated virgin (non-recycled) printing and office paper uses 24 trees
- 1 ton of 100% virgin (non-recycled) newsprint uses 12 trees
- A "pallet" of copier paper (20-lb. sheet weight, or 20#) contains 40 cartons and weighs 1 ton. Therefore,
- 1 carton (10 reams) of 100% virgin copier paper uses 0.6 trees
- 1 tree makes 16.67 reams of copy paper or 8, 333.3 sheets
- 1 ream (500 sheets) uses 6% of a tree (and those add up quickly)
- 1 ton of coated, higher-end virgin magazine paper (used for magazines like National Geographic and many others) uses a little more than 15 trees (15.36)
- 1 ton of coated, lower-end virgin magazine paper (used for news magazines and most catalogs uses nearly 8 trees (7.68)
About Us
-
Who are we?
We can be described as prosaic individuals but whose souls are filled with poetic and passionate concern for the welfare of the next generation of earthly people especially our children by contributing the little way we can to protect mother earth.
We are real 'everyday' people with genuine ideas for making everyday living better. Being aware and witnesses to the fact that a lot of 'everyday' people are thralls of the corporate world motivates us to conceive ideas aimed at streamlining corporate processes.
-
Why do we do this?
With the hot issue on global warming, our poetic passion for environmental protection easily translates to efforts designed at promoting and directly protecting our environment or what's left of it. Being aware of our limitations in such a daunting universal task, we focus our elbow grease at contributing for the realization of a paperless society
e-Leave is conceived because of the following distressing facts:
- 1 ton of uncoated virgin (non-recycled) printing and office paper uses 24 trees
- 1 ton of 100% virgin (non-recycled) newsprint uses 12 trees
- A "pallet" of copier paper (20-lb. sheet weight, or 20#) contains 40 cartons and weighs 1 ton. Therefore,
- 1 carton (10 reams) of 100% virgin copier paper uses .6 trees
- 1 tree makes 16.67 reams of copy paper or 8,333.3 sheets
- 1 ream (500 sheets) uses 6% of a tree (and those add up quickly!)
- 1 ton of coated, higher-end virgin magazine paper (used for magazines like National Geographic and many others) uses a little more than 15 trees (15.36)
- 1 ton of coated, lower-end virgin magazine paper (used for newsmagazines and most catalogs) uses nearly 8 trees (7.68)
"Our environmental protection campaign can only kick-start when you avail of our FREE leave management system."
